What currency are the prices I see on the website?
When on our site you will see the currency is set to GBP by default. You can use the drop down menu to change the currency according to your region.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Our team aims to ships orders within 3 days of purchase . UK orders should take no longer than 3 days for us to ship. International orders should also take us 2-3 days to process shipping.

I am not happy with my order; can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We are more than happy to process returns if you are unhappy with your order. You have 14 days from date of purchase to request a return, please be aware you will be liable for any shipping costs.

We do also accept exchanges on products if you have issues with sizing. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange and we will be happy to send you out a new order. Please be aware you will be liable for any shipping costs to the return address.

Please note, you must wait for your package to arrive back to us before requesting a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order at no extra cost with a full refund for the item and shipping. However, the order must be cancelled before it has been shipped, or we cannot process the cancellation. If the item has already been shipped you will have to wait for the item to arrive and request a refund or exchange where you will be liable for any shipping costs to the return address.

What do I do if I have entered the incorrect address?
If you have input any details incorrectly, please respond to your order confirmation email with the correct address as soon as possible. Please notify us by email at modastiquecs@outlook.com if you have any further issues. Please be aware we can only sort any issues within the first 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours we will be unable to refund the order or change the address if it has already been shipped.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping varies by location. Outside of the UK shipping can take up to 3 weeks. The average shipping time for the UK first class delivery is 1-2 business days. Second class to the UK is usually 2-4 business days. We cannot promise when you will receive your order by as it will be in control of the delivery courier once sent.

Due to a high number of emails please allow up to 3 days before receiving a response from us. If you wish to enquire about your order and want a fast response, please include your order number and address in the email.
